Wow what a year we had in 2024 helping over 50 families sell their property. It was exciting to set new price records in multiple suburbs across Perth, and achieve prices considerably higher than market averages achieved by local agents.


2025 - What does the market look like?


We have had a great start to the year and personally I am pleased to see the frenzy of buyers appears to have come to an end. 


You will notice more properties coming to market and we expect prices to remain firm for the longer term. Some suburbs will continue to grow where others will level out, all due to supply and demand.


Record-breaking month at 'The Agency' !


Our company has just recorded our highest level of sales in our eight-year history in March 2025 – and that also includes a record level of properties under management.
